The PubServerSDK Javadoc is delivered in every update zip as a jar. You find PubServerSDK-x.y.z-javadoc.jar and PubServerAPI-x.y.z-javadoc.jar (only 4.5 and higher) in the folder workspace/libraries. For using it with a browser you can unzip it, and double click its index.html.
