Migration of documents and document templates to object storage

Prerequisites:​

  1. Priint-BPM and MinIO must be running.
  2. Make sure that you have set camunda parameter "plugin-method-workers-lock-duration" to proper value. This value should be large enough to guarantee that migration method will finish before another worker will run it again.

1 Document templates migration to object storage​

  1. Go to "Deployed process" panel.
  2. Open context menu by clicking three dots in "P029_DOCUMENT_TEMPLATES_MIGRATION" row.
  3. Start process dialog will appear, you can run process immediately or schedule it to run in the future.

2 Documents migration to object storage​

  1. Go to "Deployed process" panel.
  2. Open context menu by clicking three dots in "P030_DOCUMENTS_MIGRATION" row.
  3. Start process dialog will appear, you can run process immediately or schedule it to run in the future.
